Scam contentsoffer to sell you a scooter and when you order & pay they send you a cheap watch
Comment / ReviewPaid through Paypay and when I made a claim they sided with the seller by telling me I would have to pay to send the product that I didn't order back to the seller to get a partial refund. The cost of return shipping exceeds the cost of the refund offered. I'm sure the seller knows this and that's how he gets away with this scam.

      Two Mobility scooters bought on the 2 Oct -and 5oct not arrived been in touch with PayPal who have been in touch with Hyleen , PayPal have denied my claim, saying the scooters have been delivered , my sister or I , have not received the scooters, am I being scamed

      Think I've been scamed as PayPal says the scooters have been delivered by Hyleen Technology after PayPal had been in touch with Hyleen tech, l have not received any , sent messages to Hyleen, ,got replies ,saying in transport ,last message said now arrived in England two weeks ago??
