Scam contentsRsindew.net URL to order since taken down was on FACEBOOK thdy duppirt and SHOW these fraudulent companies presenting as in US. Ordered a folfing desk got me for 65.00. Psy Pal vehknd as well. I NEVER FO BUSINESS WITH PAY PAL. They came lster and took money ttied to tske addtinal money.

        Facebook promoted Raindew.net then took down. Pay pal in on this scam as well. Took money from me in early April 2020. No product presents to be in US. In China. I would have NEVER ordered.

        I'm just been told that parcel was delivered yesterday, after ordering in March 2020. It has not arrived. Freshdesk refer me to "tracking site". Realise now it is scam and no parcel will ever actually arrive.

        They are the worst kind of people to deal with. Ordered something at the beginning of the year and I have never received it! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS! The worst customer service, worst worst I have ever dealt with.

        been asking for a refund and they won’t give me my money back. They reply to emails and reassure you that they have resent the item but don’t want to give my money back either ... I won’t rest until I get my money back! You stole from the wrong person and I’ll expose you! You bastards!

        I ordered via Instagram add in April, and after multiple follow ups I still have not received my order yet. I dealt with Cheryl and Tony.. Agree, how these SCAMMERS sleep at night.

        i order 2 items from this company and have been dealing with Tony, quality is poor, size is way to big. keeps saying i cant return and so no refund, told me it is what iordered. Makes me so mad that they get away with it. they have to suffer.

        Dealing with the same Tony regarding an ordered hand chain saw in August 2020. Still nothing arrived, despite reassurances from Tony that as the first order went astray they have dispatched another, but won't give a tracking number, just keep apologizing but nothing ever happens.

          An absolute fraud. I have been emailing them for six months over an item that never arrived and all I get is an email saying "we're sorry sorry for the inconvenience" They don't respond in any other way. I have no reason to think that they are legit at this point.

          Ordered a Kaleidoscope. Arrived this week after 5 weeks. Payment through Paypal to Hong Kong and item supposedly from USA. Arrived in bits in a plastic bag rather than the advertised presentation box. Email response from China, so all over the place to try and trace. Have emailed and got a response from Tony with a link to the Cozytips website for instructions - but none on there!! Have now asked for a refund and return, so will see how I get on, as some of the bits to make the items appear to be missing so no doubt they will say they can't refund as not complete!!!!

          I ordered a remote control Dinosaur for my grandsons. It ended up costing almost $100 but the ads made it look so awesome. My excitement quickly faded when the dinosaur wouldn’t work as shown. It barely moved and made grinding noises. I emailed the company asking for a replacement or refund. I received an automatic reply that said since they sent the correct item, there would be no further action on their part. Shipping garbage!! I would recommend people stay away from these clowns. It’s a ripoff!!

          I got my tiny pair of pyjamas(supposed to be XL) that are acid green (not black) - all I can say is I'm an idiot for ordering from facebook. Last time. I promise. Went to the Resolution center at PayPal. Hopefully they will refund me. The company wants me to send the pkg to CHINA - with TRACKING!!! Nope. It came through the US and has a Canadian address. I don't trust them to send my money back - also it would cost a FORTUNE.

        The item being sold on Facebook was a stained glass piece looking like an agave. I received a piece of resin with painted lines supposed to look like an agave.

        I wrote them asking for my money back since it was a fake piece of resin. They refused stating that is what i ordered. Complete rip off.

        DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for Christmas 2020 and it still hasn't arrived, now that it's Christmas 2021, not that they had any trouble taking my money. After dozens of emails, nothing ever was resolved.

        These look like junk and took 5-6 weeks to get here
        I told them on 5-6 emails to send me a label to return them items for a full refund and they refuse saying if there is nothing wrong with them they won’t take them back and give me my $69.
        These people Tony and Christine are a bunch of crooks
        I asked repeatedly for a tracking number and they sent me the runaround.. it’s a joke and these people need to called to answer and to not be allowed to sell on Instagram or any other site !!
