There is a sure fire way to identify the scams. Usually, someone will send you a message with an email address to contact them. These people are scammers. And,

Scam contents	Ad was for a cockapoo puppy by someone in Winnipeg and they said he just lost his brother and the puppy was the last one and we’re giving it away. The ad was for Kelowna as a city and on eclassfields4u.com The got this “shipping company to send it over and all I got for info was “it was reliable” it was $450 for a ticket then they needed a better crate for $2000 After not doing that and realizing it was a scam, the sent a threat email to say I abandoned a dog there and there’s a fine if I don’t pay them.
Comment / Review	Don’t trust them and be careful about any ad. The continued to try and get money and didn’t have a story that matched up. The guy sounded like he was from India or Somalia or both and it was hard to understand him. Gabrille, the one with the ad played dumb and had a whole story to go along and had a terrible response time as well. This was all reported to the authorities and the police.
