There is a sure fire way to identify the scams. Usually, someone will send you a message with an email address to contact them. These people are scammers. And,

Comment / Review	This guy tries to buy your goods but when it comes to money he send a fake email from a sort of agency claiming that money has been sent but to receive it you have to provide the package tracking code to the agency and not to him! You ship the good and never get the money.
