I made a purchase on this url and the total amount I was supposed to pay was. 01 USD but actual amount deducted is more than 100 USD. Also the amount was deducted twice. I contacted my bank but they also do not have any clue. The website is still functional and siphoning the money of innocent people. This website is fleshing on Facebook. If you can help, please stop this website from committing more scams.

I had similar situation. I have ordered small tool on website tskwebstore.com 22.05, now this website redirecting me to another site that it looks exactly the same. Payment has been also taken via service4... and deducted twice.

I too was scamed by this website too. I baught birkenshtok shoes at a total of 42 usd. I was given a fake number for tracking the order, some other persons order number. Now the link to the website is a dead end.

I ordered boots for my kids for Christmas. Money was taken from my account. No confirmations of any kind sent to me. I tried contacting them through emails..never got any response back. Been over a month since I ordered, and nothing. Do not order from here. They are thieves!

Yes. It's a scam. A friend sent a link for the Black Friday sale and I placed an order. Within 10 minutes my friend sent another message that the website might be a fraud. I called the credit card company immediately and deleted my card. Unfortunately, a charge of $90 still went through on my new card. Today I received a Christian Dior scarf from a Hong Kong address which I never ordered (phone number 8613516666666). I don't know if these two are related. The only good thought right now is that justice will be served to these cheaters one way or the other. Lesson well learned.

I want to report online store www.seomahigoods.com as a scammer.
I ordered an item from them, paying by credit card, Didn't get any verification email. Also the transaction appeared as "instilly.com" which seems to be completely different web store apart from seomahigoods.
I then noticed their e-mail is service4@vinayotap.com and if you google that you'll find many connections to similar online store scams. They also have empy links to their facebook, instagram and twitter. Please BE AWARE!

Ordered some shirts, received a confirmation email 4 weeks ago, but no shipping/tracking info. Emailed several times as I have not received the items. No phone number on website. Never emailed me back. Credit card charges do not match the name of the website and there are two charges, and neither match the dollar amount (both are higher, though website says I'm paying in my local currency.

I purchased Christmas Pajamas on their website on Dec. 8th. I repeatedly communicated with them, but they wouldn't provide me any information. They simply asked me to be patient. It's now Dec. 29th and I still haven't heard back from them, and have yet to receive my merchandise. After doing research online, I found others had also reported their email address as being fraudulent, associated with many websites. They communicated with me via email under both written in Mandarin and English: 客ę4 and service4@vinayotap.com

I ordered a coffee mug and was led to believe it was coming from the UK, and paid a lot of money to have it shipped. Turns out its is from China. It took forever to a package to arrive, after I had contacted them multiple times enquiring. Only to receive a fake Cartier ring 2 months later. And now it has been an ongoing back and forth email situation, where they refuse to send me what I ordered, and keep trying to tell me to keep the fake ring and they will give me a 6% refund. The more I insist I want what I ordered, or my money back the more they insist I keep the fake ring, or send it back at my own expense, if I want a full refund.

This is absolutely a filthy scam!
I got burned for $250 from these low lifes.
They did a convincing job with their website it's huge and has tons of content and fake sale items.
I ordered an item and paid via paypal and got zero tracking or shipping info and never heard a peep from them! They're probably in China, the nation that are expert at espionage and creating software! They steal more top secret, and corporate secrets, designs, patented technology from the rest of the world than any other nation combined!
No ethics, to morals, and completely devoid of honor.
I'm disabled and losing this kind of money is almost impossible to recover, and so I lost my money, I lost a customer, who paid for the item I had bought to send him! Paypal takes a minimum of 20 days to investigate before you get your money back, and so I had to use my grocery money, and so this month will be incredibly harsh.Thanks China, you're the best...sigh

i am disputing a payment for a product i ordered through laarqshop.com. They have listed service4@vinayotap.com as customer service email. They payment was rendered to a seller/ merchant Stefan Drechslerdfg with email of seller: JudithRosemarykGqV@yahoo.com which unsurprisingly doesn't exist. Be aware of this online shopping site laarqshop.com as well as the seller and his fake email..

After making a purchase, this seller instantly double bills (or more) your payment method (usually preset at different dates) to gift cards (or direct payment) and then ships nothing (or a dummy package). They use several scripted names and accounts to syphon payments (none of which are real). It appears that anything with a service(1-20+)@vinayotap.com address is a scam (my observations). If you paid them with Paypal, start a fraudulent use claim right away. If you paid them with credit card, they now have all your information, Contact your credit card company RIGHT AWAY and keep track of all paymaents. They will bill you several times using several emails and fake names at different dates. They may also be using your information for identity theft!

I bought an item from this website on 2-8.2020, and no response from the website. I then contacted their customer service, they claim that they do not receive the payment, but their website stated payment successful, and I've checked with my bank nothing wrong with the payment.

If you paid with Paypal, start a fraudulant use claim right away. These vinayotap sites are popping up everywhere, and they are scams. Often they will charge your account twice (or more), so watch your account for further unauthorized use (payments are usually ported to gift cards). If you paid with credit card, they now have all of your information. Contact your credit card company right away!

uyOne thing that through up a red flag for me was the "we try to ship orders within 5-7 days. The length of time it takes is based on many factors," At that point I feel like the next line should have started by listing the things that can affect the policy. OK I understand but give me some common examples.
Also this may sound racist but it's just a fact. I've never had any Chinese seller take more than a day or two to get the package in the mail. They know shipping times to the US are long and one of the cons of ordering from them, so a legal business / store owner knows that it is in their best interest to minimize the transit times as much as possible to help encourage repeat customers.
Not sure how or why but I would think the longer amount of time between the day they divest a persons money and the day they figure out its a scam, the better their chances of successfully committing the crime. Plus their much better than average prices on some items. added t my suspicion. There's a reason that sayings like "If it seems too good to be true.." become sayings that last forever. Its because it's true, Nothing is ever free and if this seller could make an extra 3% per item, they will. They could charge a lot more and still be the cheapest on the internet so why not steal as much as you can on each transaction.

Thought it was secured since it used Paypal, so made two order's and never received anything yet. Tried to contact them and send message from their web site but no answer. E-mail at the bottom of the website is false and their is no phone number anywhere even if they advise you can call them. Spend 95.63$ us dollars and means much more for me here in Quebec Canada...Very frustrating !!

I got an e-mail from 客ę11 . I'm guessing it relates to a scam site named acfestore.com that didn't send me the item I ordered but used my cc number to charge me $47.

www.teaidok.com is another scam
It used an @vinayotap.com contact email address, but after my PayPal claim they changed it to topcustomerservice088@hotmail.com (always as an image, never as text).
