exactly the same as above i have emailed the url given and a marty owens replied saying that he had resent the correct item but it never arrived. i then sent another email and he offered me a store credit which i declined, he them offered me a partial refund because he had incurred postage costs which i also declined, since then he stated that his finance department was processing my refund, further emails from me have been ignored. i have sent contact emails from the retailmerchant website which have also been ignored
