I saw them on Instagram. They said if you order 2 or more pairs you can get free shipping. So I ordered 2 pairs of Birkenstock Sandals. I got a confirmation e-mail from them immediately, but in the past days the website isn’t available. I can’t check my order status or look their products.

It is a fake website! Unfortunately, I bought some product but no confirmation or any mail. I have informed the offical Birkenstock customer service about problem. They will look into it.

I made an order from bisummer.com and the money went from my bank account to Singapore. They haven't answered to any of my requests i have sent via their website and I haven't got my order. Made a notification to the police about this. So sad there is mean people like this.

Did anybody notice any further bank account withdrawals apart from the price of the products? I am quite pissed off because of the scam but more worried if they can withdraw further amounts from our bank account.

They sell brand shoes/sandals at clearance prices but nothing is sent after the customer pays. Not even the bill/recepit or a confirmation email.

You pay and do not get anything in return, like a confirmation email or something, a receipt, a bill. This is what got me thinking. They also convince you they are a legit partner or Birkesntock using their brand as a copyright. So another crime besides the frausulent websiteis the copyright infringement.

Ordered several pairs of shoes. At first, sellers were very attentive, emailed a tracking number, and I followed the package from Guangzhou. When package arrived, instead of shoes it was one cheap imitation Gucci wallet. When i complained, I received one email back from customer service apologizing and saying they would look into it. Since then, I have been emailing every day with no response.

I ordered Birkenstock sandals and paid $63.98 using PayPal. The product recently arrived and they were plastic sandals that did not match the advertisement online and I could have purchased them for $1.98 at Walmart.

I ordered on 28 Feb 2021what was advertised on Facebook 2 x pairs of Birkenstock Gizeh sandals at a cost of 88.18 usd. They arrived from China, they are not Birkenstocks and they are not both Gizeh, wrong size and cheap plastic garbage not worth 10 usd. I want my money back but joey at stogatech.com sends criptic emails without address details to return the stock to and offers 33% to keep the rubbish. Not happy Jan. Paypal should refund the money. The shoes are not worth the postage.

The website is suspicious and has many negative reviews on the internet. You cannot contact them by any means. It's crucial to know that putting all items on sale with low prices is usually done to trick and attract customers. Most likely, the website is ripping consumers off. Watch out and don't buy anything from them.

Ordered 3 pairs for $37.48. No shipping charges. Went next day to get tracking # & got nothing from them.

This fake Birkenstock online store is trying to make it seem as if they are running a legitimate sale when in reality this is just another shopping scam.
They don't have any of these products in stock and they are just waiting on you to place an order so they can charge your card, they might get you a lower quality product but they won't ship your actual order.

This website is posing as an official retailer of birkenstock, they even are using their logo as their own.
Their email address is actually linked to another fraudulent site that was already reported to Scamwatcher's data base:

if you do place an order here you're more likely to get a pair of plastic beach flippers instead of authentic birkenstock slippers.

This online shop is pretending to be a legitimate retailer of Birkenstock when in reality this is nothing more than a scam.
Since when does Birkenstock need help with clearing their stock? and why would they have every single listing on sale?
The product pictures that they used to create said listings were actually lifted off of other online shops, the same can be said about their terms of service and about us sections as they are using copied and plagiarized content.
Finally, this website is managed by the shell company AIMARK LTD which is a chinese shell company that scammers use as a front for their fake online shops.
