placing orders from website or facebook ad, mailing items that clients never ordered or doesnt work at all, do not reply to their messenger, email is wrong and number is fraud.

i placed an order. buy 2 and get 1 free heartbeat necklaces. received 2 of nothing that even work or right.
sent messenger messages and they do look at them but do not reply. tried 3 different emails and they all come back
