Scam contents	Triptych Digital took $699 — one store earned $0, second store never created, no refund
Comment / Review	I paid Triptych Digital $699 total: $399 on November 3, 2025 (Cash App) and $300 on January 8, 2026 (Zelle) for Shopify and eBay stores. One store was built in February 2026 and earned $0; the second promised store was never created. My refund demands — November 12, 2025 and repeatedly from April through June 2026 — were never honored. Complaints filed: Texas AG TCP-065586, FTC 207610942, FBI IC3, HPD 1234370-26, BBB #25336157. Reporting my own documented experience to warn other business owners.
