Scam contents	This website sells a "Refund PayPal" system, entirely in Russian, on a domain that borrows the PayPal brand. The page promises "+$1,500 per cycle", "+$9,000 per month", shows a phone with a PayPal balance of -US$1,710.50, and sends you to a Telegram bot to unlock the "proof access". PayPal is not involved in any way. What is sold here is a paid method to abuse payment refunds: order, dispute, and keep the money or the product. People who buy this kind of "training" usually lose the access fee, and using the "system" is fraud. The domain name, the language, the fake earnings and the bot redirect are all red flags. Do not pay for the access, and do not follow the "method".
