Comment / Review	I purchased a 4-person jacuzzi from this website. The payment was completed, and I received a confirmation email regarding the placement of my order. However, since then, I have not received any updates. No one responds to the contact email address. On the live chat, an individual replies, but after I provide the order number, they stop responding. The payment was made on the website of this so-called German company, located at Gustav-Adolf-Straße 36, 22043 Hamburg, Germany. However, according to my bank statement, the money was transferred to HTTPS HYDRONOVA SHOP, which belongs to the company CLEAN HIDROGEN JOINT UNDERTAKING, CIF (Company Registration Number) B27604347, Company Address: POLÍGONO EMPRESARIAL LAS 5 TORRES, CALLE ASTRONOMÍA, TORRE 4, PLANTA 5, MOD 7, Spain, owned by SUAREZ DE GONGORA BELTRAN JOSE. This website is linked to at least 15 other websites through the email address stephenduke250@gmail.com. Most of the fraudulent websites allegedly operated by this person are located in the USA and Europe (Germany and France). I strongly recommend not purchasing any products from this website.
