| Comment / Review | I couldn't cancel my order within a few short minutes of receiving the email invoice. I emailed them and called their support line. Eventually, I was told they would take care of it once I received the product. So, for 5 days they have ignored my emails and they won't answer their customer support line. Nothing but the same automated message, over and over again. So, I couldn't cancel my order, and they won't respond to my request to return the product and they have ripped me off $241.96 Also, the product is defective.
