| Comment / Review | Case Summary I received a $2,500 promotional bonus, completed KYC verification, deposited $100.06 (USDC), and increased my balance to $5,226.85 through gameplay. Every withdrawal request, including one for only my $100.06 deposit, was rejected. Customer support informed me that I must deposit an additional $499 to reach Copper VIP before any withdrawal would be processed. They could not identify any specific clause in the Terms and Conditions requiring this deposit and also stated that no independent ADR is available. I believe this requirement was introduced only after I attempted to withdraw my funds and request an investigation into these practices.
