Ordered a flag. Have an order number & tracking. Sent a message with both numbers to support page. Will report to Better Business Bureau. :-(

Scam contents	Ordered a product, they charged me $19 more than the listed price. The item was defective. Did not work at all. They refused to accept a refund due to high shipping costs. Offered no resolution.
Comment / Review	Terrible customer service. They offered no resolution for my defective product. Did not work and wouldn’t give me my money back, claimed the shipping would be too high but I paid the shipping in the first place.
