I agree with Jess. Shaun is not a scammer. ukpassportsmail.com is legitimate. The only issue is that they charge a premium over what the passport office char

Scam contents	Subscription Trap - pretends to be the web service you are already using, and requests verification payment. This then triggers an expensive monthly subscription.
Comment / Review	A pop up ad, disguised as part of the website you are already using, then asks you to make a 1p account verification payment. Trusting the website, if this payment is made, you will unknowingly then be subscribed to a 24hr trial, followed by expensive monthly payments. All apparently legal, as you made the initial 1p payment, even though you were being duped as to who and what it is for.
