| Comment / Review | I ordered a phone for around €600 and received a used device sold as new. It arrived perfectly sealed, so there was no way to tell. Since it was a gift, we only discovered the problem later when the battery barely lasted half a day. It turned out the phone had been first activated in January 2024 and already had 690 charge cycles. When I contacted Elektroshock, they didn't apologize or investigate. Instead, they immediately offered either a €65 partial refund if I kept the phone or a full refund if I returned it, suggesting this wasn't the first time. I got my money back only after they received the phone, but they refused to reimburse the €10 return shipping to Prague, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. The phone wasn't advertised as used, nor was it priced like one. If you've bought a phone from Elektroshock, check its battery health. If you haven't, stay away.
