| Comment / Review | Actual product does not attach to garden hose, is considerably smaller than the video shows. Have no idea if it sprays, can't attach it! Contacted customer service, explained the false advertising issues. Was offered 20% refund or I could ship it back for a full refund. Return was to China, not the address in Texas where it was sent from. That is an estimated $20-$24 fee. Sorry, I wasn't born yesterday. Won't ever buy China products again if I know that's the origin.

Same input as prior entry - purchased using PayPal, who should vet their vendors better. The seller uses the 30-day window to file for a refund from PayPal to DELAY - offering discounts, taking a long time between email responses, then finally, no response at all.
