Scam contents	Chinese woman in her 20s traveling in Osaka from a chance encounter out shopping met her and then met again the next day when she asked for help purchasing an air ticket from Osaka to Beijing because she claimed she couldn't buy it. We agree that she will return the money from an ATM withdrawal so after buying the ticket for her on my Expedia account on my phone, she was unable to withdraw the money, then she said she would send it through Alipay. She sent me only 1 rmb. Then she claimed the full amount of 2,300 rmb would arrive into my account the next day, it did't and she went back to China. I check my credit card details the next day and there are 4 unauthorized transactions totaling about 140,000 yen( aobut 1,200 USD). She had stolen my credit card number when I bought her ticket. She is good at what she does and needs to be arrested. She is from Beijing and often travels to Osaka, Thailand, Korea, and Australia.
