You might need to get in touch with your bank and ask them to cancel the card for these unwanted charges to stop.

They have taken $39.99 out of my account on Jan, 7, 2026 and Jan , 2, 2026

I have never heard of this company let alone ordered anything from them. They have no business taking any money from my account. I don’t even know how they got my account information. How do I get my money back?

2 purchases were made through my debit card 1st for $2 on May 2, 2026, 2nd for $39.99 on May 5, 2026. Both were not authorized by me. No email to comfirm. The phone number came from my bank statement.
I never heard of BkHubb and i dont read books that would require me to purchase a subscription.
I called this number to complain and refund my money. They said they could not do a full refund only 1/2. They said i would have known this if i read the terms and conditions. Which i replied that i...

Do not trust. I have yet recieved an email with their reply. I will be prosecuting.
