| Scam contents | I made a purchase of the cute bunnies in the flower patterned keepsake tin. I ordered x1 to check company was legit-it arrived. Feeling confident to purchase again I bought a further 3 of these bunnies in the keepsake tin. I paid insurance which covered loss or damage during delivery. My bunnies never arrived. I follwed this up with the company. I was advised they would dispatch again but only if I paid again as they did not want to incur any costs. I pointed out i had paid the insurance for this protection (loss or damage) so expect it would be covered. The agent further responded this was their settlement for me. Despite multiple communications with Calcusawfuri they ignored all of my latter attempts to negotiate for the goods to be delivered or refund. I would not purchase anything again from this company. I later found out they are not considered a trusted company. I was cautious when I placed my first order but they forfilled it, gave me no reason not to trust further orders would not be completed. Be warned, do not purchase from Calcusawfuri The company needs closing down |
