Scam contents	The number +852 9154 9991 is being used for logistics fraud. The scammer offers to sell goods through the website chinavapesfactory.com, but after receiving payment, the goods are not shipped. The scammer then impersonates DHL and provides a fake tracking number, which does not exist in the official DHL system. The scammer directs the victim to globalcargotransits.com, where the status appears "SHIPMENT HELD FOR EXCISE DUTY & INSURANCE DEPOSIT" and attempts to extort additional fees for supposed insurance or customs duties. This is an organized fraud attempt (fake shipping scam + fake online store).
