| Comment / Review | I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with this seller, Labwork / tyllq. I paid a total of $884.97 for my order, and the seller only shipped half of the merchandise. The package I received was clearly incomplete, yet the seller insists that the full order was delivered. They provided tracking information for the partial shipment and used that as “proof” that everything was sent, even though the contents and the weight of the package make it obvious that only a portion of the items were included. When I opened a claim, the seller refused to acknowledge the missing items and continued to insist that the shipment was complete. This is a dishonest tactic that takes advantage of eBay’s tracking system by sending only part of the order and then hiding behind the delivery confirmation. I received only half of what I paid for, and the seller took no responsibility for the missing items. This experience has been frustrating, time‑consuming, and costly. Buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Labwork / tyllq, as my experience shows they may not deliver the full order and will deny any wrongdoing afterward.
