| Scam contents | I found a computer on the official Alza.cz website and contacted the email address alzasupport@gmail.com to ask if the product was available. The person replying from this email pretended to be Alza support and communicated in a professional way. Based on this communication, I made a partial payment which was later converted into cryptocurrency. After the payment, they refused to refund the money and kept using repeated scripted responses claiming that cryptocurrency transactions are non-refundable. This is a scam based on impersonation of Alza support and abuse of trust. |
