| Comment / Review | Avoid if you need reliable delivery and real customer support I ordered from hkpep.cc in January and the order still hasn’t arrived after months. Communication has been extremely frustrating. They now claim the package is “stuck in customs,” but I’m not receiving any meaningful proof or resolution. The owner Steven is not responding, and the sales rep replies with what looks like copy-paste scripted messages instead of actually helping. At this point, I’ve lost money and my clients are understandably upset because I cannot fulfill what I sold based on this order. If you’re considering buying, think twice and be prepared for long delays and poor support.
