| Comment / Review | I ordered a monitor from this website in November 2025 and they never shipped the product. On 24 December I requested a refund, but they have not returned the money. The site provides only an email for contact—no physical address, no phone number, and no legitimate company details. Every time I contacted them, they tried to delay the process so that the Mastercard protection period would expire. They repeatedly claimed that they had sent the refund, but no payment was ever made. I am reporting this to warn others, as the website appears to be operating fraudulently.
