| Scam contents | I purchased a 2XL Sweater online from "TheTrueNorthGentleman.com company" and they sent a Small sweater and refuse to send me the correct sized (2XL) sweater I ordered. I tried to resolve over email, however, they will not provide a free shipping return label and want me to pay for a very expensive return shipping cost back to China. They only offer a partial refund (started at 15% and last email offered only 25% back) if I don't send the wrong sized item back to China at my expense. Their return policy on their website states: 30 day Try-on, try at home, Experience the fit, Return with no complications. After my experience, I checked the web and see this is a rip off scam that has hit many people previously by this website. |
