| Scam contents | I placed an order on astronord.com on December 8, 2025 (Order No: ASTN952513). The seller took payment but never shipped the product and did not provide any tracking information. I contacted the company by email on January 12, 2026, requesting either shipment details or a refund, but received no response. The website does not list any phone number or reliable customer support contact. Due to the lack of delivery and complete absence of communication, I believe this website may be engaging in fraudulent activity. |
| Comment / Review | I had a very bad experience with this website. My order was never shipped, and all attempts to contact the seller were ignored. After more than a month with no delivery and no response, I had to start a chargeback process with my bank. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this site.
