| Comment / Review | They take £49.99 after using them for a £1 document conversion. Their email does not work. I had to cancel the credit card, and the bank is trying to get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!

ive just been scammed in exactly the same way . bank is blocking all further payments and trying to recover the money

As above- can't e-mail them, can't contact them to cancel subscription, took £1.99 than £49.99. Bank Fraud squad are aware. I'm not sure if I'll get refunded because you can't actually contact pdfzmart to cancel!!

I agree with above - absolute scam.
I have had the same experience as above customers .
I hope my bank will help me but doubt it.

They tried it with me. Despite them responding to my initial emails with terms and condition BS and refusing to refund.
I raised a dispute with my bank and received a refund of £49.99 3 days later.
