| Scam contents | If I could leave a big ZERO I would!!! I purchased the Illuminated Cardinal Tree for someone as a Christmas Gift. It took almost a month to get here so it was extremely late to give as a gift like I had intended but I still had planned on giving it as I told the person their gift was running late. When it arrived, one end of the box was completely crushed. As soon as I opened on end, a bird fell out that had broken into 2 pieces from being damaged in shipment. I contacted the companies customer service department right away and said I would like to return it for a full refund as their site has a "60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee". Their response to me was to get a hot glue gun and glue it and they offered $4.00 back. What a joke! In researching this company, they are fraudulent. At this point I'm starting to feel they mail you damaged items on purpose so they can make money. I ended up turning the company into the Attorney General's office so they can investigate them. Also, when it arrived, the return address wasn't from a company, it was from "Abby Adkins" in Chicago. That says to me that this isn't a real company with real items of any quality. BEWARE!!! |
