| Comment / Review | Made a purchase on a website called rivashop.us and used paypal express. Recieved an email with benewbase attached with a different charge. Assumed it was shipping and handling. Still I went ahead and contacted my bank to notify them of a possible scam. Reached out to paypal and my account wasnt associated to the purchase. They said the purchase was made through a guest account even though my email is associated to it. Just recieved a package that is entirely not what I ordered. Paypal can't do anything to help. The package was supposedly shipped from China but the packaging is from California. It's a complete scam.

I purchased two pair of eyeglasses from the ad advertised while listening to stories from YouTube. The purchase price was for $47.98 on December 13th 2025 but I haven’t received my purchase yet..

I’m deeply disappointed in this scammer and hope that this gets investigated and shutdown immediately before someone else gets scammed.
