| Comment / Review | I have tried to return a product that was not what I ordered. I sent them an email to the address listed on their webpage. They responded back within 48hr asking me to send pictures of the shoes and once they receive the pictures, they will email me instructions on how to return. I have not heard back and when I tried to email them for now the email address comes back as undeliverable. The phone number listed give a busy signal or a recording saying no one can take your call

Same here. No customer service response. No way to contact because phone # doesn't work. I received a defected sandal and wrong size. There was no receipt provided. They just sent a pair of crooked sandals in a plastic bag. It's a scam.
