| Scam contents | They show merchandise for you to buy, but they don't send it and you can't get a refund. The email (missvanka@outlook.com) that they list on their website for refunds and returns, isn't a real email address. The other email address they have (shopvanka@outlook.com) no one answers or responds when you send your order # and detail your order and ask any questions, like when will they send it. Now they don't even show the merchandise I ordered on their website, so in my latest email I asked for a refund. This has been going on since September 10th when I first reached out to them about not receiving my order. I've never heard back from them to any email, and they don't have a phone number listed on their website. It's a total scam!! |
