Scam contentsI originally ordered a product from this company that was giving a BOGO sale offer. I paid $34.98 on 10/17/2025 POS Debit L340 DATE 10-17-25 SP VITALBLAST DRIVER
When it was delivered, I only received one package. I contacted the company immediately and was told they would check with their Shipping department and get back in touch with me. They never did. Upon checking the package that I did receive, the name was neither of the above, it was packaged under the label 'micro ingredients.'
ON 11-14-2025 I was charged again $29.95 L340 DATE 11-14-25 SP VITALBLAST DRIVER. I contacted the company to find out that I had a "subscription" which I did not, and they would not refund me. There was also an International Transaction fee (???) of $0.30 on the same date.
I reached out again, to no avail. I will attach the correspondence.
upon rising this morning, I received notification that another scheduled pmt to a different company declined. Immediately went to my bank account and there was ANOTHER debit from VITALBLAST for $29.95 that was initiated 11-23-25 at 8:30pm, which caused me to have a default. I have tried to rectify this matter, as I have a very clean financial record, and the company acts as though I am at fault. Please help me.
