Call your bank to get your money back, do NOT bother contacting them directly because they are scammers and thieves.

Scam contents	Payment works. But service, registration, and support don't.
Comment / Review	First, you cannot complete the registration because verifying your email address does not work - "The confirmation link was not found. Please, request a new one". I also tried several different emails - with the same result. Second, the access code I got for premium accounts doesn't work! "Premium code was not found Enter another code" There is no support! I wrote them several times. They make a ticket, which you can't access because... You guessed it - Email not verified. They stole 21 euros from me!!!
