Call your bank to get your money back, do NOT bother contacting them directly because they are scammers and thieves.

Comment / Review	I ordered and after 2 weeks no delivery. The tracking information they provided is a Chinese shipper which claims the real carrier has not picked up the product. After many email complaints they claim its shipped. The tracking information shows it hasn't even been picked up. I requested a refund but that ignored. A pure scam if there ever was one.
