      The same happened to me. I paid for 2 scooters and they replied as follows:Hi Johan,
      Thank you for your order! We've successfully received it.
      You'll receive another email as soon as your order has been processed.
      We truly appreciate your trust in us and will keep you updated every step of the way!

      Money was taken but no invoice, tracking number or anything else received.
