Scam contents	This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered my parcel with the expectation that it would arrive within the timeframe advertised. Not only did it not arrive, but the tracking information provided is unreliable and constantly ‘pending.’ When I reached out to customer service, all I got were excuses and empty promises that it was ‘on the way.’ Weeks have passed and still nothing. The lack of accountability is shocking. If a company cannot deliver what customers pay for, then it should not be operating.
Comment / Review	I am now forced to fight for a refund, which is another headache altogether. Extremely disappointed and will never order from them again.
