Comment / Review	Scam Type: Online shopping / Refund refusal Scammer Name: ByCastello Scam Report: I ordered from ByCastello.com and returned the item using tracked international shipping, exactly as instructed. I sent them full proof of postage and tracking multiple times, which is clearly visible in the email thread. Despite this, they’ve refused to issue a refund and continue to send copy-paste replies pretending they haven’t seen the tracking info. Now they are blaming customs delays, even though I fulfilled all return conditions. It’s been weeks with no resolution. They’ve made no effort to retrieve the returned item or process the refund of £76.24. I have: Reported them to UK Trading Standards Filed a complaint with Chinese consumer authorities Started a chargeback with my bank They’ve also disabled Instagram comments, likely to prevent public complaints. Do not trust this website. Their refund process appears intentionally misleading, and multiple reports online suggest similar experiences.
