| Scam contents | I received a security warning pop up saying I was compromised telling me to call that number right away and when I did they told me to press the windows button + R then type cmd then type netstat which displayed my IP address and a foreign IP address which they claimed was proof I was hacked and then had me check my email and online banking accounts for suspicious activity. That was yesterday , today tried calling same number and it rings once and disconnects. |
| Comment / Review | they also asked me what bank I use and balance I have since changed passwords for both email and bank but is that enough?
