Scam contents	I purchased two of the same items from this company, and they came without any English instructions. I contacted them for further information, and they sent me information that was unhelpful. I contacted them again to return the products, since I was unable to access the information, and then they sent me a video that was unhelpful, after 4 emails, they're offering me less than 10% of the original price. I'm fed up.
Comment / Review	This company has "support" that doesn't read or write English well. Some of the products do not have any English instructions available, and then they string you along to try and get you outside the time that it can be returned. Stay far away.
