        This person wrote and sent email to my elderly disabled cancer patient sister. Targeted her identified himself as a man of God Decan living in Oklahoma. He told her that he was the claims manager for PCH.com. Before I knew this I answered her phone and thought he was just a friend of hers so as any other protective sibling I asked him questions. This impersonator is a scam artist and clamed up when I started to ask him specific questions. This may be all a lie but he says he is from Queens NY ...
