| Comment / Review | I am a subscribed customer of Rituals and usually receive genuine birthday gift offers from the company. Recently, I received an email from amelia@ritualmode.com claiming to be from Rituals, offering a birthday present. I initially clicked the link and attempted a transaction, but quickly realised it did not go through. After further checking, I confirmed that this was in fact a scam. It appears this scam has already been reported by other customers, yet no effective action has been taken to block or remove it. I am deeply concerned that more people may be misled and financially impacted if this continues. I strongly urge your institution to investigate and take immediate measures to: Shut down the fraudulent ritualmode.com website. Prevent further phishing emails using this domain or similar ones. Issue a clear warning to consumers about this scam. Protecting consumers from fraud should be a top priority, and I trust you will act promptly to address this matter. Thank you for your attention. Kind regards,
