Scam contents	krainian individual posing as a digital marketing/SEO provider, signs formal contracts, receives international payment via Monobank, then manipulates the agreement and abandons the project. Name: Rak Andrey Vasilyevich TIN: 3482806153 Location: Kharkiv, Ukraine Monobank Account: UA07 322001 00000 2600 6320 0717 29 SWIFT: UNJSAUAKXXX He demanded more money after beginning the work, then exited all communication and refused to complete the project. Two payments totaling $700 were made in good faith. The contract clearly prohibited price changes without written amendment. Complaint has been filed with Ukrainian Cyber Police, Monobank, National Bank of Ukraine, and Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. Others should avoid business with this individual. He may operate under different freelancer aliases. All proof, including the contract, payment receipts, and WhatsApp logs, is available.
