YES this is a scam and it is/was easy to recognize if you had taken a look at the terms and conditions before you clicked "buy now". After all, there are no company details to be found and no company details? Then you can assume that it is a scam. An address can be found in the privacy conditions (Oldenzaalsestraat 49, Hengelo, 7551 AN). If you had first looked at that with streetview, you could have seen that it is a mortgage seller (Hypotheek company). So also a fake address.
One more thing, this webshop has 2 domains. If you enter GLOWOMAN.CO in your browser, you will be redirected to cyperglow.com (pay attention to the address bar in your browser). Scammers often do this. If bad reviews come up on cyperglow.com and someone checks the domain glowoman.co you won't see the bad reviews but it is the same webshop / scam.
