Yep, they are 1000% a scam and I am dealing with paypal right to get my money back. not only did these mfs take out $60 when the total was $45 they sent a fake tracking site. Then after I reported them they send a different tracking number which stated it was left in my mailbox. Well they f'd up because I have informed delivery and I have proof that no package was delivered that day. I will make sure they get banned. so thank you for taking the time to post this. this will help me get them. I would check to see if they upcharged you as well.
