It's most likely the answer is "no". This is why scammers love to use crypto and use Whatsapp/telegram to communicate because it's encrypted. You have no idea who you're really talking to.
Watch out for recovery scammers. Don't use their links or contact them. They can't help you. You'll only end up sending money with no results.
