Scam contentsYou should NEVER have to pay for a credit check before even an interview-even after, the company goes through it, and you shouldn't have to be involved.

Scammers make up fake jobs (rentals, vehicles) then claim to proceed you need to sign up for a credit report site. It's fake. It's usually:

1 - Fake site itself to get your sensitive personal and payment information
2 - Fake site that re-directs you to use their affiliate link to sign up, so the scammer gets commissions from it.

Yes, scammers can make fake companies and fake LinkedIn profiles
