Comment / ReviewI had a terrible experience with Number Artist and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I placed my first order, expecting a proper framed canvas, only to receive rolled-up paper. When I reached out to support, I was met with condescending responses and was told I needed to pay an extra $18 per frame—something they conveniently failed to make clear during the purchase process.

This is blatant false advertising. A frame is NOT the same as a “canvas wood kit.” If I had known this in advance, I never would have placed an order. Instead of resolving the issue properly, customer support tried to upsell me on additional products instead of offering a reasonable solution.

First-time customer, last-time customer. I’ll be making sure others don’t fall into the same trap. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

        I have order 3 time my numbers and there 3 ways to buy, 1 full kit NO frame, 2. full kit with framed your canvas in on the frame they do the framing and 3. you can buy the frame and you put it together not hard to do, the first two is right on there home page. I give numbers a 5 star.
