They do not have a privacy controls page or a settings page for your profile once it is created. They do not inform you that any sounds generated on the app are automatically made public and cannot be made private without making a purchase after you've already created the sounds and they are publicly linked to your email address. When you make an account they do not have you enter a username, but rather just keep your email address as the username, which is also not specified in the privacy policy or terms of service. They also refer to themselves by the wrong name in the terms of service, "Soundly" instead of "Soundify"
