        Normally I would consider this webshop as SCAM after all, nowhere will you find any verifiable company data and that means ABSOLUTELY AVOID. You say you have received something and that is at least something? Without company data, it can only be said with certainty that this is a webshop in Asia. It is then "usual" that you cannot exchange or that a discount on the price is given instead of exchange. At some point you will notice that you no longer hear anything from them. SO TAKE THAT PARTIAL REFUND otherwise you have nothing!

        In the future, always check FIRST if there are company details and google them before ordering something!
